You can also create multiple cuts with the Loop cut when you are still

selecting your new loops' direction. Before confirming the direction of

your cuts with the first left-click, you can either use the mouse wheel or

the plus and minus keys from your Numpad to create multiple cuts

(Figure 3.12).

That option to add multiple cuts only work if you trigger the Loop cut with

their respective keyboard shortcut, which is CTRL+R.

After you add edge loops to the model, you can select the faces or any

other element to apply an extrude. That gives you a lot of freedom

regarding 3D modeling. It is possible to edit the number of cuts after

adding them with the "Loop Cut and Slide" menu that appears on the

lower right corner of the 3D Viewport. Use the "Number of Cuts" to edit

your Loop cut.
